I love working on commissions, they offer another avenue of creativity. I was over the moon when I was asked by Roubi L’Roubi creative director of the Huntsman to create some bespoke lining prints for the Sentebale Huntsman polo team blazers. Here are some of the ideas.

“This digitally printed pattern is influenced by traditional blankets in Lesotho. It comprises crowns and hearts, together forming a delicate forget-me-not pattern. The crowns represent Lesotho’s Queen Mamohato and the hearts depict the good she did.
HRH Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso, Queen Mamohato’s son, are great friends, and together they founded the Sentebale charity to help the children of Lesotho. The word “sentebale” means “forget-me-not” in the Sesotho language, which inspired our design.
Huntsman currently sponsors the Sentebale Huntsman polo team, and yesterday they won the fifth Sentebale Polo Cup at Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi, wearing shirts designed by Creative Director Roubi L’Roubi.” The Huntsman.
